Many of our clients choose our Cloud Bookkeeping or Virtual CFO packages to fully outsource their financial function, meaning we handle everything from data entry to financial strategy. If you already have an in-house bookkeeper or junior staff, our Controllership and CFO services can complement your team by providing oversight, strategic planning, internal controls, and compliance. We are flexible and will work with your existing structure to provide the level of support that fits your business.

Depending on your service tier, you will also have scheduled check-ins for financial reviews, reporting walkthroughs, and planning sessions. Unlike traditional firms, we do not disappear after tax season — you will have year-round access to a qualified advisor who understands your business.

We make it easy and secure. Once you are onboarded, you will have access to a secure client portal where you can upload receipts, invoices, and statements at any time. We also integrate directly with your business bank accounts and cloud-based tools like QuickBooks Online or Xero, so transactions can flow in automatically. For day-to-day documents, we accept scanned uploads, PDF reports, and even photos of receipts — whatever works best for your workflow.

Yes, we provide full support for any filings or submissions we have completed on your behalf. If your business is selected for a CRA audit, review, or request for information, we will communicate with the CRA on your behalf, prepare any required documents, and guide you through the process. We also assist with WSIB, HST, payroll remittances, and other government compliance matters as part of your subscription.
